Every day, more than 100 families in the greater Charlotte region rely on York County Adult Day Care Services (YCADCS) to provide care for an adult family member with a physical or mental incapacity such as Alzheimer's disease. Staff members at YCADCS spend more than three hours of each day meticulously tracking every detail of client care, from arrival time to medication provision, even an extra glass of milk at lunch- all by hand, on paper.
