How many times have you had a question or problem but have been afraid to pick up the phone and call for help because you knew it was going to cost you more money?
Included as part of our Managed Services offering is unlimited use of our helpdesk by all employees in your organization. Tickets can be created through a website login, email, or by phone. A helpdesk representative will work with you to remotely resolve your issue and if required escalate it for response by our onsite support staff.
This process provides clearly defined steps for any technology situation and removes the burden of responsibility from a single person or group in your organization. All users are enabled to access help if you choose to do so.
